Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a STP Supervisor at KSP Hydro Engineers Pvt Ltd. The STP Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), ensuring optimal performance and compliance with environmental regulations. Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, managing maintenance schedules, and addressing any operational issues. The role is based in Jaipur, with some work from home flexibility provided.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sewage or wastewater treatment, including system monitoring and maintenance
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance
  • Skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and preventive maintenance
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Familiarity with the chemical industry is an advantage
  • Relevant technical certification or diploma in water and wastewater treatment or environmental engineering
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
