The opportunity Adobe Design, our 750+ person global experience design group, is looking for a Senior Experience Designer to join the Illustrator team, part of the growing Creative Cloud business. We work closely with business, marketing, engineering, and research to deeply understand customer needs and deliver the industry standard in tools for print and digital media. What You'll Do As a Senior Experience Designer, you will design holistic experiences across many products and platforms while collaborating with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners. Communicate design ideas at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high-fidelity prototypes. Required Skills & Qualifications 📍 Educational Background: ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, Curriculum Development, or a related field. 📍 Work Experience: ● 3-7 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or digital education. ● Experience in designing courses for higher education (graduate/postgraduate levels). ● Proven expertise in developing courses across both management and technical disciplines. 📍 Technical Skills & Expertise: ● Proficiency in LMS platforms. ● Experience with authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, H5P, Lectora). ● Knowledge of multimedia development (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, Audacity). ● Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, HTML5, and adaptive learning technologies. 📍 Soft Skills: ● Strong instructional and pedagogical knowledge. ● Excellent content structuring, writing, and communication skills. ● Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, content creators, and multimedia teams. ● Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
