Stores Manager

1. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock levels and records.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.
• Ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) or FEFO (First-Expiry-First-Out) methods are followed.

2. Material Receiving and Inspection

• Oversee the receipt of incoming materials.
• Verify quantity and quality as per purchase order/specifications.
• Coordinate with quality team for inspections.

3. Storage and Preservation

• Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage/loss.
• Organize items systematically using labels, bins, and racks.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the store premises.

4. Issue and Dispatch

• Ensure timely issue of materials to departments as per indent.
• Maintain proper documentation (issue slips, delivery challans).
• Plan and coordinate dispatch activities if applicable.

5. Record Keeping and Documentation

• Maintain updated stock registers, GRNs, MRNs, and issue records.
• Use ERP or inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Tally, Zoho) efficiently.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
