Stores Incharge (On-Roll, Permanent)

Location: Baidyabati (Lalgate), Hooghly
Shift: General (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 (Net Take Home, Based on Experience & Skill)

About the Role

We are urgently hiring a Stores Incharge to lead daily operations in our Stores Department.
The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing (preferably Metal/Aluminium industry) with strong control over inventory, material movement, and documentation processes.

This is a full-time, on-roll position offering long-term career stability and employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day store operations and manpower.
• Maintain accurate stock records, perform material receipts & issues.
• Ensure timely material availability for production and dispatch.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Accounts teams for smooth workflow.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and maintain discrepancy reports.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and safety of all materials.
• Handle data entry, inventory tracking, and reporting in MS Excel / ERP / Tally.
• Monitor inward/outward material movement and maintain documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (Metal/Aluminium preferred).
• H.S/Graduate / Diploma in any stream (Commerce / Material Management preferred).
• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP, or Tally for inventory handling.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of material control, audit, and documentation procedures.
