Job Title: Store Executive – Construction Materials

Location: Kattankulathur

Salary: Up to ₹3.75 LPA

Qualification: Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering

Experience: Minimum 1 year in construction materials store management

Job Summary

The Store Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the construction materials inventory, ensuring accurate stock records, coordinating material receipts and issues, and supporting site operations by providing timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update stock registers, ERP entries, and material records.

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials as per purchase orders.

Ensure proper storage, stacking, and preservation of construction materials.

Issue materials to site teams based on approved requisitions.

Coordinate with procurement and site teams for timely material availability.

Conduct periodic stock audits and prepare inventory reports.

Monitor material consumption to reduce wastage.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards for material handling.

Required Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and handling.

Proficiency in ERP tools and MS Office.

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
