Stores Executive (Bhiwandi location)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Stores Executive to join our team at Retail Detailz to manage our Warehouse operations at Bhiwandi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inventory, GRN punching in Tally, vendor invoice documentation, Warehouse Management and local transport arrangements. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to supervise warehouse activities efficiently

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders or delivery notes.
• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch goods as per sales orders or internal requirements.
• Maintain proper storage and labeling of all inventory to ensure easy identification and access.
• Update stock records in excel sheet / Tally or warehouse management system on a daily basis.
• Conduct periodic physical stock checks and assist in stock reconciliation.
• Ensure that all materials are handled safely and stored in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse area.
• Assist in loading and unloading vehicles using appropriate equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.).
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety issues to the Warehouse Supervisor immediately.
• Support other departments (procurement, production, dispatch) with material movement and documentation as required.

Educational Qualification:

• 12th Standard / Diploma / Degree Holder

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
• Strong knowledge of Stock Inward and Outward
• Handling Local transportation
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to supervise and manage daily warehouse tasks.
• MS Excel skills for data entry and record-keeping
• MS Office knowledge

Preferred Location:

• Candidates from Mankoli, Kalher will be given preference

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
