Stores Customer Executive

Job Title: Store Customer Executive Department: Retail / Sales Location: Bangalore Reports To: Owner Employment Type: Full-Time --- Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Store Customer Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting shoppers, handling sales transactions, and ensuring a smooth and positive in-store experience for all customers. --- Key Responsibilities: Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Assist in the sales process — from product explanation to billing. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the store. Ensure proper product display, stock levels, and labeling. Process sales transactions using POS systems (cash, card, digital payments). Help with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and price tagging. Coordinate with team members to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and store policies. --- Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Retail Management is a plus. 1+ years of experience in a retail or customer service role preferred. Basic computer and POS system skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
