1. Supporting Stores and Purchase manager in stores and purchase related activity.
2. Supporting Purchase Manager in following activities :
a. Planning for monthly raw materials requirement, Materials management/Supply Chain management
b. To identify new vendors and evaluate their technical, commercial and capacity capabilities.
3. Supporting Stores executive in checking of Inward material and making all necessary arrangement for loading and unloading material.
4. Communicate and handover the material and checking its documents to the Production Department as per requirement.
5. Maintaining record of all material used for Production Department
6. Checking of all Purchase bill as per PO and other documents and handover the same for Payment
7. Supporting Manager in updating and maintaining monthly closing stock and submitting to Department Head
8. Co-ordinate, communicate with the assembly and Production team for rejection and waste material.
9. Supporting Manager in physical checking of al stock and maintaining their record monthly basis.
Reporting to : Manager - Purchase & Stores
Looking for a male candidate with 3-5 years of experience.
Qualification Graduate with good knowledge of Tally Prime. Person will need to create
PO, GRN and make other relevant stores and purchase related entries on Tally Prime.
Salary Range : 3 to 3.5 LPA
