Job Location: -

Position: - Assistant/Sr Executive Store

Preferred candidates:

Candidate should be atleast Diploma in Any discipline.

Objective:

accurate, efficient, and safe management of inventory and material handling

Reviewing & Inspecting stock/ inventory levels in SAP on daily basis
Coordinate with procurement department to ensure timely receipt goods.
Maintain accurate records of stock transactions, including receipts, withdrawals of materials, using appropriate inventory management system.
Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies /root cause to ensure inventory accuracy.
Monitor stock levels and daily alarm to Reporting Manager as needed to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.
Implementing 5S in Storage Area, and enforce security measures to prevent loss, theft, or damage to stored items.
Material Tracing in the Stores and FIFO adherence.
Ensuring good housekeeping & shifting of items in proper racks, bins & arrangement for proper unloading of Materials & arrangement of proper tagging.
