Job Title: Storekeeper + Dispatch Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Storekeeper + Dispatch Executive for our flagship printing unit. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, store operations, and ensure smooth dispatch of finished goods to clients.

Key Responsibilities:Storekeeping Duties:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials (paper, inks, packaging, etc.)
• Maintain proper stock levels and update inventory records regularly
• Organize and label all items in the store for easy identification
• Coordinate with the purchase and production teams for material requirements
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store area

Dispatch Duties:

• Prepare and pack finished printed materials for dispatch
• Create dispatch notes, challans, and labels as required
• Coordinate with logistics/courier partners for timely delivery
• Maintain dispatch records and ensure customer delivery timelines are met
• Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding dispatch status

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in storekeeping and dispatch roles (preferably in printing or manufacturing)
• Knowledge of inventory management and dispatch documentation
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software, etc.)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines
• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; diploma or graduate preferred
