Store Supervisor

Role Overview: As a Store -in - Store Manager at Emerge Retail Private Limited in Model Town, Delhi, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our outlet. Your role will involve greeting customers, maintaining product displays, achieving sales targets, handling transactions, and coordinating with the store manager and company team. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in selecting products. - Maintain product display and ensure merchandise is well-stocked. - Handle customer queries and provide product information. - Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. - Manage billing and cash transactions accurately. - Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards at the counter. - Coordinate with the store manager and company team for daily updates. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 12th pass or graduate. - 01 year of experience in retail/fashion sales preferred. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Presentable, energetic, and customer-orientated. - Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems is an advantage.
