Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Supervisor based in Kochi. The Store Supervisor will oversee daily store operations, manage and motivate staff, ensure excellent customer service, and implement company policies and standards. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, setting sales targets, supervising store associates, ensuring store cleanliness, and handling customer queries and issues. The supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining a customer-focused environment while optimizing store performance.

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to foster strong relationships with both staff and customers
• Proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction expertise to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Ability to handle conflict resolution and problem-solving in dynamic retail environments
• Flexibility, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Experience in retail or supervisory roles is preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent
