The Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the entertainment center, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining high service standards. Key tasks include monitoring and improving customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints, training and developing team members, and ensuring a seamless operational flow within the facility.
