We are looking for a dedicated Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The Store Supervisor will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to motivate a team to achieve store goals. The Store Supervisor will also be responsible for training new employees, handling customer complaints, and ensuring that the store is clean, organized, and compliant with company policies. Additional duties include preparing work schedules, monitoring sales performance, and implementing promotional activities. The Store Supervisor must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
