Job Description

1. Customer ServiceGreet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner. Guide customers about products, offers, and promotions. Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns effectively. Maintain positive customer experience to encourage repeat business. 2. Sales SupportPromote and upsell products to meet sales targets. Ensure product knowledge is updated to answer customer questions. Support billing and cash handling at the counter. 3. Merchandising & DisplayArrange and refill shelves, racks, and displays as per planogram. Maintain proper product tagging, pricing, and labeling. Ensure seasonal or promotional displays are attractive and accurate. 4. Inventory ManagementAssist in stock receiving, checking, and tagging. Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors about shortages. Prevent stock loss through alertness and adherence to security procedures. 5. Store MaintenanceKeep store clean, organized, and visually appealing. Follow hygiene and safety standards. Ensure fitting rooms and display areas are tidy. 6. Teamwork & CoordinationCooperate with fellow staff to maintain smooth store operations. Support during peak hours, sales events, or new launches. Report any issues to the Store Manager or Supervisor. 7. Compliance & DisciplineFollow company policies, SOPs, and dress code. Adhere to attendance and punctuality rules. Maintain professionalism and respect in customer and team interactions.
