Store & Purchase Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Store/Purchase Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and supplies necessary for the smooth operation of our business. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that procurement aligns with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase materials, equipment, and supplies at competitive prices.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery time.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and anticipate future supply needs.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and market trends.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve favorable agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and transactions in the procurement database.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 year proven experience as a Purchase Executive.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates with pharma background has added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
