Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct eye exams using advanced technology to determine prescriptions accurately.
Provide exceptional customer service to every patient, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable shopping environment.
Dispense contact lenses and glasses according to prescriptions, handling all aspects of dispensing duties efficiently.
Maintain store visual merchandising standards by arranging products attractively on shelves and in displays.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets through effective communication and teamwork.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience as an Optometrist or related field (optical sales, opticals).
B.Sc + MS/M.Sc(Science) degree in Optometry from a recognized institution.
Strong knowledge of optics, refraction, vision science, contact lens fitting techniques, and dispensing procedures.
