Store Operations Executive: Appliances

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Store Operations Executive to manage day-to-day store operations in our appliances retail outlet. The role involves inventory management, billing coordination, vendor handling, and ensuring smooth store functioning while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Manage inventory, stock inward & outward, and maintain accurate stock records
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement of appliances
• Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and pricing as per company guidelines
• Handle billing, invoicing, and coordination with the accounts team
• Monitor sales orders, dispatch, and delivery schedules
• Address customer queries and support the sales team with product availability
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall store presentation
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong operational and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of home appliances and consumer durables
• Inventory and stock management expertise
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Customer-focused approach

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• Diploma or certification in Retail / Operations will be an added advantage

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in store operations, preferably in an appliances or retail store

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
