Roles & Responsibilities

• Operations Communication: Develop and manage effective communication channels to ensure clear and consistent dissemination of information across the organization.
• Compliance: Ensure all stores comply with legal and regulatory requirements as well as internal policies and procedures.
• SOP/SLA Management: Create, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to streamline operations and ensure consistency.
• Promotion Calendar Management: Plan and oversee the execution of promotional activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely implementation.
• Retail Checklist: Develop and monitor retail checklists to ensure operational standards are met consistently across all stores.
• Digital Adoption: Drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Store & Function Support: Provide comprehensive support to store operations and various functions to ensure smooth execution of business processes.

Experience- 4-5 Years, Process and inventory audit experience is preferred
