Store Operations & Compliance

As an Operations Communication specialist, your role will involve developing and managing effective communication channels to ensure the clear and consistent dissemination of information across the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures in all stores. Creating, implementing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) will be crucial for streamlining operations and ensuring consistency. Your duties will also include planning, overseeing, and executing promotional activities in alignment with business objectives and ensuring timely implementation. You will develop and monitor retail checklists to guarantee that operational standards are consistently met across all stores. Driving the adoption of digital tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience will be a key focus area. In addition, you will provide comprehensive support to store operations and various functions to ensure the smooth execution of business processes. The ideal candidate for this role should have 4-5 years of experience, with a preference for individuals with process and inventory audit experience. A graduation degree is required for this position.,
