About Us:

Pammi’s National Bakery is a reputed bakery brand known for its premium cakes, pastries, and baked goods. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to handle day-to-day operations, manage staff, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in retail or bakery management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve queries or complaints promptly.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with the factory for product supply.
• Maintain store hygiene, cleanliness, and attractive product displays.
• Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
• Train, schedule, and motivate store team members.
• Prepare basic stock and expense reports.
• Coordinate effectively between the store and management.

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience in retail, bakery, or food service management required (no freshers).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of billing, stock management, and cash handling.
• Ability to manage staff and long working hours efficiently.
• Qualification: Graduate pass with relevant experience.
