Job Overview:

Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day
store operations
including
receipts, order processing, storage
, and
dispatch
of pharmaceutical products as per regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate
records of warehouse transactions
-receipts, handling, storage, dispatches, and returns.
Ensure all
B2C orders
are dispatched
only against valid prescriptions
, with signed invoices.
Manage
inventory
with
batch control
, perform regular
cycle counts
, and ensure
FIFO
is strictly followed.
Handle
cold chain products
in compliance with temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical regulations.
Ensure warehouse hygiene, safety, and security measures are maintained at all times.
Coordinate the timely
return/disposal
of near-expiry or expired medicines with vendors.
Process all incoming stock with accurate
system entries
and follow
IRN/GRN
procedures.
Ensure adherence to the
Drugs and Cosmetics Act
and all applicable Pharma regulations.

Educational Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Pharmacy
from a recognized institution.
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel
and basic inventory management software.
Prior experience in
Pharma warehouse/store operations
and
inventory control
.

Preferred Qualifications:

immediate joining
will be preferred.
