Store Incharge reports to Plant Head.
He is responsible for:
· Maintaining stocks in Stores.
· Receipt of Raw & Packing material in accordance with approved product list.
· Proper labeling on material for identification & traceability
· Storage of Raw materials with specified storage condition as per MSDS.
· Issue of Raw & Packing material as per requisition form Production
· To co-ordinate for rejected material with Purchase department & Vendors.
· Co-ordinate with Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance & Marketing for timely delivery to customer.
· Ensure all the measuring & recording devices of the Store are calibrated.
· To co-ordinate with the Quality Control department for the retesting of the material.
· Maintaining records as required by the Quality Management
· Data entry in ERP system.
