About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Store Manager to oversee stock management and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of maintaining stock records, organising inventory, and supervising a small team to keep everything running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately record all available stock and update stock lists regularly.
segregate and organise stock according to company, product type, or model for easy access and tracking.
Ensure proper labelling, storage, and arrangement of stock in the store.
Manage and supervise a team of 2–3 employees, assigning tasks and ensuring efficiency.
Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and coordinate with management for timely replenishment.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store and stock areas.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to stock handling and storage.

Requirements:

Proven experience in store/inventory management or a related field.
Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to lead and manage a small team effectively.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel or inventory software preferred).
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
