Roles and Responsibilities

>Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

>Oversee sales team performance, provide guidance on customer service standards, and resolve customer complaints.

>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to retail sales and store management.

>Maintain accurate records of sales data, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.

>Implement effective loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage and reduce costs.
