Delicia is a fast-growing restaurant in Malappuram known for exceptional taste, warm service, and a vibrant dining experience. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store and restaurant operations.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and customer service.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and maintain stock levels.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain cash handling procedures, daily sales reports, and billing accuracy.
• Coordinate with kitchen team and management for smooth service flow.
• Ensure the restaurant meets operational targets including cost control and wastage management.
• Implement company policies and maintain brand standards.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Store Manager/Restaurant Manager in the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting.
• Flexible with timings, including weekends and peak hours.
• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities.
