Job Description

We are hiring

Position Overview

Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise and motivate store staff, including sales associates and support staff.
Achieve sales targets and monitor store performance metrics.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries or complaints.
Maintain accurate inventory, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams.
Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation.
Manage cash, POS operations, and banking procedures.
Report store performance, sales, and issues to management regularly.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate with 3-5 years experience in retail store management, preferably in apparel, fashion, or maternity wear.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of inventory management, sales tracking, and merchandising.
Customer-focused with problem-solving ability.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
