Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all warehouse operations receiving, material checking, storage, and dispatch.
Verify and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.
Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and recording of all inventory items.
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP or inventory management software.
Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for material inward and outward movement.
Ensure timely dispatch of materials and adherence to delivery schedules.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper layout of the warehouse/store.
Manage warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor daily performance.
Prepare periodic inventory and material movement reports.
Implement FIFO/LIFO methods and maintain stock accuracy.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and audit requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate (preferably in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field).
2–7 years of experience in warehouse/store operations or inventory management.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to lead a team and work under deadlines.
Familiar with material handling procedures and safety norms.
