As a Store Manager, your role will include planning and directing day-to-day activities, developing strategies to enhance customer service and drive sales, and maintaining high store standards. Key Responsibilities: - Set sales goals and motivate staff by establishing achievable targets and providing coaching. - Foster a positive customer experience by creating a welcoming environment and ensuring excellent customer service. - Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty. - Maintain optimal inventory levels by analyzing sales data and overseeing purchasing and receiving processes. - Implement security measures to minimize theft and conduct regular inventory audits. - Oversee store appearance, compliance with regulations, budgeting, and financial management. - Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and promote products. - Liaise with corporate headquarters, implement loss prevention measures, and stay informed on industry trends. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the Retail & Jewellery sectors. - Fluency in English, Hindi, and Odia. - Willingness to relocate.
