Store Manager

We are looking for a results driven Retail Female Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management .The Store Manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, create store policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base. Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment. Store Manager responsibilities may include supervising other staff.

Responsibilities
Develop business strategies to raise our customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitabilityMeet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staffEnsure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent serviceComplete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and proceduresMaintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standardsReport on buying trends, customer needs, profits etcPropose innovative ideas to increase market shareDeal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.Additional store manager duties as needed.Prepare annual budget,schedule expenditures, analyze variances, initiate corrective actions.Develop a schedule of holiday activities and promotions throughout the year strategically designed to bring in more revenue.Analyze sales figures and forecast future salesMaintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.Requirements and skillsProven successful experience as a retail Store ManagerPowerful leading skills and business orientation Customer management skillsStrong organizational skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsBachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
