1. Sales and Customer Service:

• Meeting Sales Targets: Driving sales by setting goals, implementing sales strategies, and motivating the sales team.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring a positive customer experience through excellent service, addressing complaints, and handling inquiries professionally.
• Promotional Activities: Developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional events.

2. Staff Management:

• Hiring and Training:Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified staff, and providing training to ensure they meet company standards.
• Performance Management:Supervising and motivating staff, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
• Scheduling:Creating and managing employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.

3. Inventory Management:

• Stock Control:Maintaining accurate inventory records, implementing stock control procedures, and managing stock replenishment.
• Loss Prevention:Ensuring security measures are in place to prevent theft and minimize loss.

4. Store Operations:

• Daily Operations:Managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security measures.
• Visual Merchandising:Maintaining an appealing and organized store layout and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
• Compliance:Ensuring compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.

5. Financial Management:

• Budgeting:Creating and managing the store's budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial goals are met.
• Financial Analysis:Analyzing financial reports and making data-driven decisions to improve store performance.

6. Other Responsibilities:

• Reporting: Preparing sales reports and presenting them to upper management.
• Relationship Management: Maintaining relationships with suppliers and other external partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
