Panna Jewellers Exclusive is a premium jewellery brand known for its heritage craftsmanship and innovative lightweight designs. As we continue our ambitious expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our flagship store and drive rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Business Leadership:

-Lead end-to-end operations of a high-turnover jewellery store (₹150Cr+ scale).

-Drive revenue growth while maintaining exceptional customer experience.

-Analyse sales trends, customer behaviour, and inventory movement to make strategic decisions.

* Team Management:

-Lead and motivate a high-performing team of sales professionals.

-Define KRAs, monitor performance, and implement training plans to upskill the team.

-Foster a culture of discipline, accountability, and excellence.

* Expansion & Growth:

-Implement strategies to grow the business across regions, including customer acquisition and retention plans.

-Work closely with the leadership team on new store launches and cross-regional marketing initiatives.

* Operational Excellence:

-Develop and deploy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments – sales, billing, security, customer service, inventory.

-Ensure processes are optimized for scale, speed, and efficiency.

* Customer Experience:

-Maintain the highest standards of in-store customer experience.

-Address escalations, build strong client relationships, and implement loyalty initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

* Proven experience in managing a ₹150Cr+ annual turnover in retail (preferably jewellery or luxury).

* Prior leadership role at a reputed jewellery brand like Tanishq, Malabar, PMJ, Kalyan, or similar.

* Strong record of scaling business operations across regions.

* Excellent people management and leadership skills.

* Passion for process-building and operational efficiency through SOPs.

* Deep understanding of luxury retail customer psychology.

Note- Candidates with Jewellery Retail Experience will be preferred only. Marketing Experience is a plus.
