Job Description

Position: Store Manager iVenus (Apple Premium Reseller) Location: Bharuch Contact: Rohan Rana – 9712005830 Roles & Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of a digital retail store (Apple products) Lead a team to achieve sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction Ensure proper demo, display, and promotion of premium digital products Oversee stock, inward/outward, and inventory accuracy Handle customer escalations and ensure smooth billing & service coordination Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and SOPs Generate daily/weekly sales reports and share with the HO Train store staff on product knowledge, service, and upselling Preferred Candidate Profile: Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a mobile, electronics, or digital gadget store Strong understanding of premium product selling (Apple, Samsung, etc.) Good communication skills and customer handling ability Experience in managing POS systems and digital reporting tools Local candidates from Bharuch or nearby preferred Immediate joiners will be an added advantage
