We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our retail team, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop effective business strategies to attract new customers, increase foot traffic, and boost profitability. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance of new team members. Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Ensure the store complies with all health and safety regulations. Plan and organize engaging in-store promotions and displays. Analyze buying trends, customer needs, and profit reports to inform business decisions. Oversee daily store operations, including budget management and financial record updates. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment as needed. Requirements: Proven experience in a retail management or similar role. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to make data-driven decisions and improve store performance. Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities. Knowledge of retail best practices and store operations. Proficiency in basic financial and inventory management.
