Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located at our Trichy store. The Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day store operations, managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and ensuring that retail loss prevention policies are being followed.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
• Experience in store management or a related field
• Knowledge of retail loss prevention policies and procedures
• Leadership skills, including the ability to coach, train, and motivate a team
• Organizational skills, including the ability to manage inventory and ensure product availability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is a plus

Benefits

• The selected candidate will be in probation period of six months, and salary of Rs.25,000/- will be paid.
• Incentives will be provided after six months

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
