Store Manager-Furniture

As an Assistant in this role, you will be responsible for assisting in managing the overall store operations to ensure smooth functioning. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring store opening, closing, and daily operational checklists. - Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards. - Driving sales targets and supporting in achieving revenue goals. - Monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock audits, and minimizing shrinkage. - Ensuring accurate billing and cash management at the point of sale. - Assisting in scheduling, training, and supervising store staff. - Conducting team briefings and monitoring performance. - Fostering a positive work environment and encouraging teamwork. - Maintaining sales reports, customer feedback logs, and operational records. - Sharing insights with the Store Manager for improving efficiency and sales. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in Business/Commerce/Retail Management preferred. - 3-5 years of experience in Retail-Furniture showroom. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
