Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Store Manager & Dispatch. The responsibilities include overseeing store operations, ensuring effective inventory management, optimizing workflows, and maintaining accurate documentation for inbound and outbound shipments. The role also involves interacting with customers to provide excellent service, handling inquiries, and addressing issues effectively. Ensuring the accuracy of dispatch records and adherence to organizational practices will be essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Store Management, with experience in inventory control, stock monitoring, and retail loss prevention.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to effectively interact with and address clients' needs and concerns.
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors, and customers efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities and ensure smooth operations.
• Prior experience in logistics or dispatch management is a plus.
• Proficiency in standard office software and familiarity with inventory management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
