Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening, closing, staffing, and inventory.

Lead and motivate the store team to meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate inventory.

Supervise visual merchandising and ensure the store layout aligns with brand standards.
 -  
Handle customer complaints, returns, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
 -  
Recruit, train, and develop staff; conduct regular performance reviews.
 -  
Monitor financial performance, including sales reports, budgets, and cost control.
 -  
Maintain health and safety, cleanliness, and security standards in the store.
 -  
Implement company policies, procedures, and promotions.
 
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a store manager, assistant manager, or in a similar retail leadership role.
 -  
Strong understanding of retail operations and sales principles.
 -  
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
 -  
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
 -  
Proficiency in using POS systems, MS Office, and inventory management tools.
 -  
High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business or retail management is a plus.
