Store Manager cum sales executive

As a potential candidate, your main responsibilities in this role will include: - Achieving sales targets and KPIs set by the company. - Providing exceptional customer service and efficiently resolving customer issues. - Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, and implementing strategies for improvement. - Recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating store staff. - Creating staff schedules, managing attendance, and motivating the team to achieve store goals. - Overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. - Maintaining optimal stock levels, conducting inventory checks, and minimizing shrinkage. - Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. - Ensuring proper product display, signage, and store cleanliness. - Implementing marketing and promotional campaigns as per guidelines. - Maintaining budgets and managing expenses effectively. - Preparing and submitting regular sales and performance reports to senior management.
