Store Manager cum sales executive

As a potential candidate for the Sales & Customer Service position at our company, your primary responsibilities will include: - Achieving sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company. - Ensuring exceptional customer service by efficiently resolving customer issues. - Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to implement strategies for improvement. In terms of Team Management, you will be expected to: - Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate store staff. - Create staff schedules, manage attendance, and motivate the team towards achieving store goals. Regarding Operations & Inventory, your duties will involve: - Overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. - Maintaining optimal stock levels, conducting inventory checks, and minimizing shrinkage. - Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. For Visual Merchandising, you will be responsible for: - Ensuring proper product display, signage, and store cleanliness. - Implementing marketing and promotional campaigns as per guidelines. In terms of Reporting & Budgeting, your tasks will include: - Maintaining budgets and managing expenses effectively. - Preparing and submitting regular sales and performance reports to senior management.
