I. Developing and implementing strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
II. Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and
providing solutions to meet them.
III. Ensuring the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual
merchandising.
IV. Managing inventory levels and ordering shortage of stock to display is necessary.
V. Training, and supervising store staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
VI. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
VII. Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business
opportunities.
VIII. Attending industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network and promote the display
center's services.
IX. Providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
X. Staying up to date with industry standards, technological advancements, and best practices in
display and visual merchandising.
XI. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety
standards.
XII. Acting as a representative of the brand and representing the company positively within the
community
XIII. Guided Tours: Conducting guided tours of the showroom, showcasing various ceramic products,
explaining their characteristics, and highlighting their suitability for different purposes or design
preferences.
XIV. Responding to customer queries about product specifications, installation requirements,
maintenance procedures, and other relevant information to help them make informed purchase
decisions.
XV. Addressing any issues or concerns raised by customers, such as product defects, delivery delays,
or pricing discrepancies, and finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
