Position Title*: Store Manager

Department: Stores (A1/SBOPL)

Location: Mustard Plant, Khola

CTC: 4-7 LPA

Educational Qualification :

Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field

Strong technical knowledge of Operating Systems and SAP (HANA)

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in the oil industry or manufacturing plants

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage overall store operations to ensure proper receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
2. Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP (HANA) and ensure real-time data entry for transparency.
3. Oversee part receiving processes for raw materials, consumables, and spares.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements for inventory control.
5. Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality teams to ensure the timely availability of materials.
6. Develop and implement efficient storage systems to reduce losses and optimize space utilization.
7. Lead, guide, and train store staff for smooth day-to-day functioning.
8. Conduct stock verification, reconciliation, and prepare MIS reports on inventory.
9. Monitor safety standards within the store premises.
10. Handle vendor interactions and documentation for material receiving and dispatch.

Key Skills Required

1.Deep knowledge of SAP (HANA) for inventory and operations management.

2. Strong understanding of store processes and part receiving systems.

3. Experience in oil industry operations will be preferred.

4. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

5. Ability to work under pressure and ensure accuracy in high-volume environments.
