Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintaining stock levels.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and increase customer loyalty.
Supervise a team of retail staff members to ensure effective performance and provide coaching as needed.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store appearance, and safety protocols.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of Store Management principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
Proficiency in using POS systems for transactions processing.
3-8 years of experience in Retail Store Operations or related field (FMCG industry preferred).
