Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the apparel retail store in Gurgaon
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Supervise, train, and motivate store staff
• Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints professionally
• Maintain store hygiene and compliance with brand standards
• Track store KPIs (conversion rate, average bill value, footfall, etc.)
• Collaborate with the merchandising and marketing team for promotions and seasonal campaigns
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in managing a retail apparel store (Ethnic or Fashionwear preferred)
• Location Preference: Candidates currently residing in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon

• Sales and target-oriented mindset
• Inventory and visual merchandising knowledge
• Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, Excel)

Preferred Background:

• Worked with leading Indian ethnic wear or apparel brands

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
