Store Keeper - Real Estate

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure availability of essential items.
• Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconcile with system records.

Material Handling & Storage

• Receive, inspect, and store materials properly.
• Ensure materials are stored safely and organized according to type, usage, or project.
• Prevent damage, loss, or deterioration of stored items.

Issuance & Documentation

• Issue materials to site personnel or contractors against material requisition slips.
• Maintain registers/logs for material issuance and return.
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly inventory usage reports.

Coordination

• Liaise with procurement/purchase departments to replenish stock as needed.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to understand material requirements.
• Follow up with vendors or transporters for delivery updates.

Compliance & Safety

• Follow standard operating procedures and company policies for inventory control.
• Ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards in the store.
• Keep records for audit and compliance purposes.

Tools & Equipment Management

• Maintain records of tools issued to workers or contractors.
• Track return and condition of tools and equipment.
• Schedule regular maintenance or repair of tools if necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
