Store Keeper

Job Profile

Responsible for handling end-to-end Inventory & Material Management, including planning, stores operations, stock control, documentation, and coordination with production for smooth manufacturing activities.

Experience Required

Minimum 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Inventory Management, Material Management, or Stores Operations

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock of raw materials, components, consumables, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Update ERP/Excel inventory systems for stock movements and reconciliations.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification.

2. Material Planning & Coordination

• Plan material requirements based on production schedules.
• Coordinate with purchase team for timely procurement.

3. Stores & Warehouse Operations

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, stacking, and binning of materials.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO for electrical and electronic components.
• Handle inward/outward documentation.

4. Material Issue for Production

• Issue materials to assembly lines as per BOM and production plans.
• Track consumption and manage returns/wastage.

5. Scrap & Rejection Control

• Record scrap materials such as plastic, metal, PCB waste, cardboard, wooden pallets, etc.
• Coordinate segregation and disposal through authorized vendors.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily stock reports, consumption reports, and movement registers.
• Maintain store records and documentation.

7. Coordination

• Work closely with Production, Purchase, Finance, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
• Assist in internal and statutory audits.

8. Safety & Housekeeping

• Ensure safe handling and storage of materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized store area.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
