STORE INCHARGE-STEEL SONIPAT

● Inventory control.

● To handle All main power & staff department of Supply Chain Management and collect the reports daily.

● Execute of all store Records and Computerize Documentation as per ISO an ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2009, ISO/TS 16949:2009

● Responsible for conducting perpetual inventory control system (Daily transaction based and cycle

● Proper Material Planning according to Production Plan & Schedule.

● To update and verified shortages against particular BOM/ Production schedule or Issue slip.

● Reconciliation of Material With actual Production.

● Making of proper codification, Grouping, and sub-grouping of materials.

● Timely issue of materials to production and maintain all records of receipt & issue in Oracle Based ERP System.

● Responsible for material receipts, segregation, Identification which includes RM, Components, Bought outs, Standard Parts, Shelf Life Materials, and Consumables.

● Stock Preparation on Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly Basis.

● Maintained Stores as Per Location Code & Implement FIFO.

● Monitoring and Controlling of Inward & out Ward Materials.

● Coordination with suppliers for Scheduled Material delivery & Traceability.

● Responsible for Implementing 5S within department.

● Stock stacking on Weekly, Monthly & Yearly Basis.

● Reconciliation of RGP & NRGP.

● Reporting to CEO & Unit Head.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
