Job Title: Power Plant Store In-Charge Location: Power Plant Champa Reporting To: Director / Plant Head Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Experience: 5 to 10 Years Age: 30-40 Years Salary Range: 30,000 to 35,000 per month Working Hours: General shifts (Shift work required; may need to work on weekends and holidays) Skills Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills Purpose: To manage the Power Plant Store, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe operations by handling inventory effectively. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage Inventory: Oversee receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, equipment, and spare parts. 2. Maintain Stock Levels: Ensure adequate stock levels for plant operations and maintenance. 3. Control Inventory: Implement control measures to prevent stockouts, overstocking, and losses. 4. Ensure Safety and Security: Maintain a secure storage environment adhering to safety protocols. 5. Department Coordination: Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and procurement departments. 6. Track and Record: Maintain accurate records of stock movement and inventory details. 7. Optimize Storage: Improve storage space and layout for better efficiency and accessibility. 8.
