R About the Role: As a Business Development Executive for Carbon Credits, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the growing carbon credit market. You will help organizations meet their sustainability goals by promoting our carbon credit solutions, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company's efforts to expand its carbon offset services. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into long-term business relationships . Client Engagement : Develop and maintain relationships with businesses, government bodies, and other stakeholders interested in purchasing carbon credits. Market Research: Stay updated on the latest carbon credit market trends, regulations, and opportunities to effectively position the companys offerings. Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals for carbon credit solutions, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals. Collaboration: Work closely with the sustainability and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of carbon credit projects. Reporting: Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and business development metrics to senior management. Requirements: Education : BE/B.Tech ( Mechanical/ Electrical/Civil, Environmental Science, renewable Sustainability )or related field. Experience: 1-6years in business development, sales, or a related role. Experience in the carbon credit or environmental sector is a plus. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, results-driven, and the ability to build relationships with clients.
