Timely pass entry in system of receiving (SAP). Send daily all invoices for payment process and keep records. Resolution of Qty. Block Invoices. Process quality GOODS Receipt (Mismatch of Qty./Value/PO etc.). Daily issue resolution with purchase or store leader. System Receipt vs. physical receipt-24 Hrs. - Zero Backlog.
